Mindfulness has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, while also improving emotional regulation, sleep quality, and even boosting brain function by increasing gray matter. Over the years, incorporating mindfulness practices into my daily routine has made a real difference in my own life, and I’m excited to share with you the insights I’ve gained along the way.

What you’ll find here is a collection of the tools, tips, and insights that have personally helped me on my journey toward becoming a more mindful mom. I don’t believe there’s one “right” way to practice mindfulness, and I definitely don’t subscribe to the idea that there’s a strict set of rules you have to follow. In fact, I’m naturally skeptical of anything that claims there is. Mindfulness is about cultivating self-awareness in the present moment, and that means the practices that work best for you are the ones that bring you more peace and presence in your daily life.
As Bruce Lee said about his approach to martial arts, “Absorb what is useful, discard what is useless, and add what is specifically your own.”
